Speaker Training on 10/25 & 10/26

Speakers for the OpenSimulator Community Conference 2014 are invited to special Speaker Training sessions on Saturday, October 25th, and Sunday, October 26th to practice their presentation on the conference grid.

• Saturday, 10/25 – 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM PDT

• Sunday, 10/26 – 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM PDT

Speakers should review the Speaker Presentation Prep page prior to the training session to learn everything needed to prepare for their presentation.  In addition, speakers should have already received their username and password to log into the conference grid.  The emails for new accounts were sent with the subject “[OpenSimulator Community Conference 2014] Your account”, and speakers may need to check their spam folders in case the message was filtered out.  Users who had accounts last year, or who cannot find their email notice, can also reset their password with the Forgot Password link.

Special Load Test on Saturday, 10/25

All conference speakers, volunteers, and attendees, as well as OpenSimulator users with hypergrid accounts, are also invited to a Special Load Test at 10:30AM PDT on Saturday, October 25th to help test capacity for the conference grid.  The load tests help developers view simulator performance in real time to resolve issues and bugs prior to the conference.
