Our OpenSimulator Community Conference – Call for Proposals is open! We invite you to present at #OSCC23.

The Organizing Committee and I are looking forward to a great conference on Dec 9-10, 2023.

We’re interested in your wonderful content, insights, and accomplishments. We hope that you can join us for our 11th year celebrating the current and future use of opensource virtual worlds through creativity, technology, artistry, and education.

Please post your #OSCC23 proposal by October 22, 2023. https://conference.opensimulator.org/speakers/call-for-proposals/

By October 30, we will set the OSCC speaker schedule and announce it in an acceptance letter, so don’t delay!

In your proposal, let us know if you have day or time zone restrictions. If you need to update your information or your co-presenter’s content after submission, that is fine. Please let me know and I’ll post your session updates.

October 2, 2023 – Announcement of the Call for Proposals!

October 22, 2023 – Proposals are due by 11:59 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time).

October 30, 2023 – Proposal acceptance emails and with conference information.

November 7, 2023 – Accepted speakers must register for the conference to create an entry in the conference schedule and the program.

December 8, 2023 – OSCC23 kickoff with music & art

December 9-10, 2023 – OSCC23 Conference dates!
