Using Generative AI to Create Content for 3D Immersive VWs
The presentation, “Using Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) to Create Content for 3D Immersive Virtual Worlds“ provides basic information about generative artificial intelligence (AI) as well as some examples of its potential use and application within the 3D immersive virtual worlds community. Generative artificial intelligence (AI) also known as generative AI or GenAI is the branch of artificial intelligence under the category of machine learning focused on developing algorithms and models to generate new content (text, images, videos, or other digital media). The presentation discusses how GenAI may be used for information sharing; storytelling; generating AI images; script writing; generating data for training; upscaling photographs; and other “thinking-outside-the-box” applications.
