May 17, 2013: Track leaders in place and Call-for-Proposals written. Conference is publicly announced.
June 17, 2013: Registration opens.
July 1, 2013: All Speaker proposals due. Sponsors gain access to build Expo Booth space.
August 1, 2013: Proposal review committees complete work, sessions selected.
August 7, 2013: Speaker schedule is finalized.
August 15, 2013: Sponsor artwork and Expo Booth building is due.
August 24th and 25th: Speaker Practice Runs & Q&A Sessions
September 7, 2013: Conference begins.
September 8, 2013: Conference ends.
